SSM: Do you have any T.V. shows that you just can’t miss, that you have to tape if you’re not going to be home?
Shelley: The O.C.

SSM: the O.C.?
Shelley: Ya I love the O.C., as bad as that is, everyone says it I love the O.C. (laughs)

SSM: If you had the choice to re-do any movie and be the lead, which movie would you choose?
Shelley: Um.. Legally Blonde, I love that movie; I think everyone wanted to be in that movie

SSM: the first one or the second one?
Shelley: The first one

SSM: Where is the weirdest place you’ve ever been recognized?
Shelley: In and out.

SSM: Really?
Shelley: Yeah, it’s actually happened two times at in and out, it’s kind of weird (for those who don’t know In and Out is a burger place)

SSM: What do you like to do in your spare time?
Shelley: I like to go shopping and I like to be lazy and sit around and watch TV and be a couch potato

SSM: Who is your favorite music artist?
Shelley: Oh wow, that’s a hard one I like right now I kind of like Gavin Degraw and um I like Maroon 5

SSM: Do you prefer living in Texas or California?
Shelley: California.

SSM: really, why?
Shelley: Um, the weather here’s amazing and the people here are much more diverse and I just like it better here

SSM: What was your favorite Disney movie when you were younger?
Shelley: The Little Mermaid. I think I watched it like 500 times when I was little

SSM: What is your favorite thing to do when hanging out with your friends?
Shelley: Favorite thing to do is.. probably go shopping or just sit around and talk and talk for hours

SSM: What goes through your mind when you see yourself in magazines?
Shelley: Well first of all I think about what I’m wearing and when it was taken and it’s kind of weird, ya know it’s like, wow that’s something I never would have expected.

SSM: Do you buy all the ones you see your picture in?
Shelley: Ya, my mom does, she’ll buy like 20 of them and give them to all our family, it’s really funny

SSM: What made you decide to start acting?
Shelley: I had always loved acted and it was just something that we were kind of presented with it wasn’t something I really went after I started and I was like wow I really do like this so I continued. I was really lucky I was with really good people.

SSM: Who are closest with on the Summerland set?
Shelley: Probably Zac Efron he’s like my best friend and he’s also my neighbor

SSM: If you could write an episode of Summerland what would you like to see happen?
Shelley: I would like to go surfing. Everyone has gotten to surf but me, I manna surf I think that would be cool

SSM: Is there anyone from the show that you hang out with off the set?
Shelley: Zac, we hang out a lot

SSM: Where you ever in school plays when you were younger?
Shelley: Ya, I was in a lot of school plays, the last one I did was The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe

SSM: Who did you play?
Shelley: The White witch

SSM: What was your most humbling role?
Shelley: I don’t think I’ve played it yet, I would like to though
