Frankie Galasso is an actor/singer from New York. His movie credits include Jungle 2 Jungle and a Tale of Two Pizzas. However, he is best known for his time spent in the boyband Dream Street. Now out of college and singing again, Frankie is working on a solo album and pursuing a much more mature sound in his new music.
Frankie: Yes I did. I had a great time and met a lot of great people that will remain friends for life.
SSM: Do you still keep in contact with the Greg, Matt, Jesse and Chris?
Frankie: I try to as much as possible, but everyone is very busy doing their own thing, so not as much as I would like too.
SSM: Do Dream Street fans still come up to you when you are out places?
Frankie: On occasion, it’s slowed down some in the last few years.
SSM: What do you like most about performing solo?
Frankie: I like that everything depends on me. I don’t have to worry about matching up with four other guys on stage. You have more freedom when you are solo, and that’s what I like the most.
SSM: Do you have any plans to do anymore acting?
Frankie: I would like to get back into acting at some point. I enjoy acting very much, but for now, I’m really concentrating on my music career.
SSM: When can your fans expect a CD?

SSM: Do you take part in writing your songs?
Frankie: Yes, I write some of my songs now.
SSM: If you could choose any label to sign with, which label would you choose?
Frankie: Which ever one suites my style the best.
SSM: Can you describe your idea of a dream tour?
Frankie: Touring around the world would be awesome. In the group, we never got to leave the country. I would love to tour outside of the U.S.
SSM: If you could change any little detail of your life that you think could make you more successful, or your life better in anyway, what would it be and why?
Frankie: I don’t think I would change anything. I have enjoyed everything I’ve done so far and I wouldn’t want to miss out on anything I’ve been involved with.
SSM: If you could record a duet with anyone, alive or dead, who would you choose?
Frankie: Stevie Wonder because he’s amazing and has always been someone I looked up to.
SSM: If you were stranded on an island with one person who would it be and why?
Frankie: Definitely Bear Grylls from Man vs. Wild on the Discovery Channel. That guy can make a 5 star hotel out of the Sahara Desert.
SSM: What is one thing you would love to do, but you’re too scared?
Frankie: I've always wanted to sky dive. I think I will eventually, once I work up enough nerve, LOL
SSM: If you could have any super power, which super power would you want and why?
Frankie: I think flying would be pretty cool. It would definitely save on airfare!
SSM: Do you have anything you’d like to say to your fans?
Frankie: I would just like to thank all of my fans for continuing to support me throughout all these years. Even after being out of the spot light for a little while, they are still supportive of my career. I really appreciate it, and thank you all very much!
