Brenda Song

SSM: If you could work with any actress/actor, who would it be?
Brenda: Any of the following would make me the happiest person alive.. Angelina Jolie, Nicole Kidman, Matt Damon, Russel Crowe, Brad Pitt and of course Kobe Bryant.. I know at heart Kobes an actor.. haha

  SSM: You got to work with Ricky Ullman. How was that?
Brenda: Ricky is very down to earth, fun, kind, smart, sweet and he loves his family. Because of those things I had an amazing experience working with him.

  SSM: How is it working on the set with the Sprouse twins? Do they ever play pranks on you?
Brenda: The Sprouse twin are like my brothers. I love them so much. They are so intelligent and genuine. They're crazy game loving 12 year old boys. As for playing pranks on each other, they know better than to mess with the queen of pranks.. hahaha

  SSM: Each of your Disney characters is really into fashion, is that because you yourself are into fashion?
Brenda: I love fashion and getting to play all different characters I really get to explore to my sense of style.. I have no idea if my fashion sense had anything to do with me getting the parts, but you won't hear me complaining..I love it!

  SSM: You've had many roles in Disney channel original movies, which role was your favorite?
Brenda: I don't have a favorite. Every movie that I've done has had so many memorable moments it would be unfair to choose favorite. I just feel so lucky to have had all those wonderful experiences.

  SSM: Do you still talk to Danielle Panabaker? What was it like working with her?
Brenda: Of course I still talk to her. She's one of my best friends! Working with Danielle was like working with an older sister you admire. I learned so much from her! We had a lot of fun.

  SSM: Which role that you've had to date do you think was most like you?
 Brenda: Samantha from the Ultimate Christmas Present because she loves school  and she's a little dorky. I'm not as chicken as she is and I don't dress like her but we both have the love for school.

  SSM: You're really pretty, have you ever done modeling or considered it?
 Brenda: Wow thanks for considering me as pretty. I guess you haven't seen me without make up on.. haha.. I did some modeling when I was six to about ten years old.

  SSM: A lot of actresses now are breaking into the music scene, any plans for you to do the same?
Brenda: Well of the opportunity were to come about I'd be stupid to say no.

  SSM: If you could redo any movie and be the lead what movie would it be?
Brenda: Oceans 12.. I'd be willing just to sit there and watch all the other actors do their thing.. they are all so talented.. I'd be in awe..

  SSM: Do you have any projects in the works right now?
Brenda: I have a couple of projects in the works but nothing is official just yet.

  SSM: Who is your inspiration?
Brenda: My parents are definately the biggest inspiration to me. They are both so strong, loving and supportive. They've been through so much and have given so much up just so a little girl could live her big dream. I learn so much from them day in and day out. I don't know what I'd do without them. I will admit at times they drive me insane but at the same time they keep me sane. I hope one day I can be as great of parent to my child as they have been to my brothers and me. Everything I do and everything I am, is because if my parents.

  SSM: What is your dream gig?
Brenda: I live out my dream everyday when I walk on to set. All I've ever wanted is just to keep working. I love doing what I do. I feel so blessed to be where I am.
